Since 1992, I've been adding to and refining this piece of software. But in converting it into an online Tool ... you'll discover there are a whole host of extra features that I've been thinking about for some time, but simply never got around to including.

Now they are available to us both - for the first time. And the software has been extended to cover every Australian state - from the viewpoint of things like land tax and stamp duty.

Furthermore, Perry Finance will update the interest rates for loan calculations on a regular basis. And BMT Tax Depreciation now provide a direct link to their online calculator, to help generate your estimated Depreciation allowances.

So, hopefully, this Final Judgement software will now allow you to quickly analyse and compare your chosen short-list of properties. Then, you can store the results for each target on the website itself.

You can now prepare and print off attractive PDF summaries of all your Assumptions, as well as your projected After-Tax Cash Flow for each property.
